Self care helps us feel good inside and out. You deserve to make time for yourself and do the types of self care activities that make you feel your best. Take some time today to put yourself first!

Here are some self-care ideas:

  • Listen to your favorite music or podcast

  • Complete a short meditation

  • Get outside and breathe fresh air

  • Read a book

  • Light a candle

  • Take a nap

  • Put on clothes that make you feel good

  • Bake, cook, or buy yourself a treat

  • Journal - write down 5 things you’re thankful for

  • Cuddle up with a pet or loved one
